2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his family is also indigent circumstances, he could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 07.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12154 of 2021.
