ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to shift the polls erected by the respondents at Krishna Nagar, Pitchandarkovil, Trichy District, nearby petitioner's house on the 20 feet narrow street situated in front of petitioner's house to any other place, in the light of his representation dated 24.06.2025, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and by recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2025 will be considered by the second respondent and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
