PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation regard to the crime No.122 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation agency For Petitioner : Mr.S.Lingarasu For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation regard to the crime No.122 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation agency

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has conducted investigation and examined seven witnesses in Crime No. 122 of 2019. He would further submit that though initially the case has been registered for offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC and they are about to alter the offences into section 307 of IPC and also about to file final report within two weeks.

In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, Further, as reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
