This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 06.08.2014 in E.A.No.90 of 2014 in E.P.No.101 of 2013 in O.S.No.178 of 2007 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and set aside the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
