ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.179 of 2024 and that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.179 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
