ORDER

Head the learned counsel appearing the petitioner. No representation for the respondent.

2. The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 12.08.2014 passed in ARC.No.2/2013-14, on the file of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Kovilpatti, under the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Act.

3. The revision petitioner filed the said the petition in ARC.No.2/2013-14, on the file of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Kovilpatti, to permit him to contest the election of the Co-operative Society. The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society decided the matter and also gave a direction that there is no election and only from the date of election prior to 30 days, eligible members have to be decided and also voters list to be prepared. 4. Since there is no election at the time of passing order, the respondent has to consider the petitioner when the election is announced. Further, the petitioner has to submit his application when the election announced. After considering the eligibility of the petitioner, the respondent has to decide whether the petitioner is eligible to contest the election or not, prior to the 30 days of election, on merits.

5. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
