O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct respondents herein to initiate action against the named accused in the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.03.2018 and to give police protection to the life and property to the petitioner and his family members against unlawful elements.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and property through a representation dated 22.03.2018. Now, 1 1⁄2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5534 of 2018 dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent.
