To set aside the order passed by the special Court for trial of SC/ST Act cases, Pudukkottai made in Crl.MP.No.1012 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 and allow this Appeal by enlarging the appellants on bail in FIR.No 146 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police .
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon persuing the order of this Court dated.26.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Mahabursubakani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. M.Vaikkam Karunanidhi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:
This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.454 of 2023 on 26.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
