PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent, dated 11.07.2023 in Ni.Mu.5961/2008/A3 and quash the same as illegal as it was passed in favour of dead person and in consequence there of call for the records of the third respondent in T.R.2024/0103/22/299935TR and T.R. 2024/0103/22/299940TR dated 01.07.2024 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal.
