ORDER: The Court made the following order:

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners (A2 to A5) apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner during the previous hearings. By order dated 10.03.2021, the matter was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.16064 of 2020 referred to Mediation Centre attached to the District Legal Services Authority, Dindigul District. The parties who have appeared before the Mediation Centre have not reported before this Court and more than three months have lapsed.

4. Today, when the matter came up for hearing , again, there was no representation for the petitioner.
