This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in Ni.Mu.6535/2023/A3 dated 15.03.2024 and to quash the same as arbitrary and illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already initiated civil proceedings, against the private respondents, i.e., the fourth to ninth respondents, in O.S.No.78 of 2025 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai.

3. Since the relief sought in this Writ Petition depends on the order to be passed in the said suit, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to Page No. 2 of 4

pursue the remedy in the said suit. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
