ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the 7th respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's petition dated 16.08.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that there were some sort of encumbrance over the property of the petitioner. Now the proposal of putting the high tension tower is going to be dropped.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the matter has become infructuous and accordingly, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
