ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family and protect the life and limb of the petitioner and her family.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner and her son was murdered by the third respondent. Demanding right over the properties, she is making trouble. So the petitioner gave a representation seeking police protection on 08.12.2020. Since there is no action, this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no representation has been received from the petitioner, seeking police protection. The representation copy, dated 08.12.2020, has been enclosed and perusal of the copy shows that no such request has been made for giving police protection. But the representation has been made only with regard to the death of her son.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16518 of 2021 4.So a proper representation may be made by the petitioner to the official respondents seeking police protection setting out the facts and circumstances of the case and as well as the life threat that is experienced by her, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent may consider the same on merits.
5.With the above directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
