ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the second respondent has not conducted proper investigation in Cr.No.511 of 2024 has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the investigation in Cr.No.511 of 2024 has already been completed and they are about to file the final report. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor assures that the final report would be filed in a day or two.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to verify with regard to the manner in which the final report is filed. In the event, if the final report has not been filed in a proper manner, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy.
