ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the order dated 26.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.518 of 2014 in O.S.No.127 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sivakasi dated 26.08.2014.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2012 as settled out of Court on 23.08.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
