The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein not 1/3
to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that three cases came to be registered against the third respondent for theft of jewels and after enquiry, they have come to know that the petitioner has not involved in the offence and he has also produced the copy of the submission made by the second respondent.
