This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 27.04.2012, passed in I.A.No.5 of 2012 in A.S.No.169 of 2004, on the file of Sub Court, Tuticorin.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main appeal suit in A.S.No.169 of 2004 itself was disposed of on 22.11.2016.
3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
