ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a similar petition for police protection and the same was withdrawn by him.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 05.08.2024 requesting the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute that existed between the petitioner and the third respondent and that enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed on 23.07.2024 directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
