This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 14.11.2013 made in I.A.No.1025 of 2011 in O.S.No.154 of 2007 passed by the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2.Heard Mr.K.Hemakarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.A.Ajmalkhan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.During the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.154 of 2007, was dismissed on 22.03.2018, by the learned District Munsif, Melur, and there is no suit is pending as of now and nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
