This petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11234 of 2021, dated 12.08.2021. 2.Contemnor is present in person.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 12.08.2021, investigation was completed and final report was also filed on 02.09.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, to process the final report in accordance with law within a period of five months there from, trial must be conducted, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of and the contemnor/respondent is discharged.
