The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.90 of 2014 in O.S.No.93 of 2011, dated 11.09.2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sattur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.93 of 2011 on 25.07.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
