ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025 to survey the land situated in Survey No.2181/36 with an extent of 0-0.3900 Area (Hec / Ares) Thadikombu Village, Dindigul West Taluk, 2.Since this Court is not going to pass any adverse orders against respondents 3 to 6, notice to respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed. 3.This Court is directing the first respondent to survey the land along with the second respondent after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6. The 1st respondent is strictly directed to issue notice to the individual respondents. Without notice to the parties, the survey shall not be conducted. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There is shall no order as to costs.
