After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that without permission, hoardings have been erected. Unless and until permission is granted, no person is entitled to erect hoardings much-less for a political purpose without permission. Therefore, if there is any unauthorised hoarding, the official respondent shall immediately remove. No costs.
