The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in H.S.No.119/2010 dated 20.01.2010 and consequently direct the first respondent to close the History Sheet.

2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 12.06.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 2/4

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
