ORDER

The above writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned online status report of the 1 to 3 respondents, dated 18.07.2024 and quash the same, subsequently issue a direction to the 1 to 3 respondents for measuring rest of the two survey numbers i.e., Survey No. 54/6 and 55/1B after issuing proper notice to the 4 to 9 respondents.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of five survey numbers, two survey numbers are yet to be measured and surveyed. Therefore, a direction may be issued to complete the entire exercise.

3. The records would show that the petitioner's letter, dated 18.07.2024 had appreciated the survey work done in respect of Survey Nos.54/3B, 54/5 and 54/7B. The petitioner in the said communication had put on note that the Surveyor had sought time for survey in respect of Survey Nos.55/1B and 54/6 and subsequently, the respondents had not come forward.

4. Therefore, taking note of the fact that the respondents have already surveyed three survey numbers out of five survey numbers and remaining two had been postponed only on the ground of respondent' request, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to measure the petition mentioned property within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg To 1.The Collector, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai.
