ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.454/3B2 with an extent of 1 acre 88.50 cents in Anjukuzhipatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering her representation dated 23.05.2025.

Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Harish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject property under two registered sale deeds dated 27.03.1986 and 31.03.1986. Patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.920. The petitioner's son submitted an online application in application No.2025/0123/13/012116 for survey of the subject property on 12.05.2025. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if online application is filed in the name of the petitioner, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file fresh online application in her name and produce the online acknowledgment card before the second respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the online acknowledgement card, the second respondent shall consider the same 3/6
and pass appropriate orders on its own merits within a further period of eight (8) weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, fourth respondent, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
