Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Letter No.001080/TL.3/SETC/2018 dated 31.03.2018, quash the same in so far as retaining the petitioner in service from 31.03.2018 and consequently, direct the respondents to settle all terminal benefits including Monthly Pension, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Commuted value of Pension, Terminal Leave Salary, Surrender Leave Salary, Social Security Scheme amount, Refund of my contribution made to Engineering, Medical and Polytechnic Colleges and Institute of Road Transport and other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from 31.03.2018 to till the date on which the above terminal benefits are settled to petitioner and pass orders.

Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petition.

2. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
