The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.11.2014, passed in I.A.No.169 of 2014 in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2013, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The respondent/Father has filed an application in I.A.No.169 of 2014 in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2013, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, seeking for interim custody of his minor daughter Iswaryalakshmi on all Saturday, Sunday and Summer Vacations.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, now the daughter of the petitioner had attained majority and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
