ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no complaint or enquiry pending against the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the previous case in 2020 and without following proper procedure, he was taken to Revenue Divisional Officer concerned and a bond has also been obtained from him.

3.Since bond has been executed by the petitioner, harassment at the hands of the respondents may not exist. The petitioner can redress his grievance through appropriate proceedings.
