When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the subject suit in O.S.No.10 of 2012 had already been dismissed for default on 15.03.2021. Hence nothing survives in this matter for adjudication.

2.Recording the said submission, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
