Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8425 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8425 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8425 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 and enlarged the petitioners herein on anticipatory bail. He further submits that there is a typographical error occurred in the sections in the said anticipatory bail petition. In order to rectify the same, the petitioner has filed an amendment petition before this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6656 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.8425 of 2025 and the same allowed by this Court on 04.06.2025. For the above said reason, the petitioners are unable to produce surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8425 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this 2/4
Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
