This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order dated 28.01.2014, made in I.A.No.338 of 2013 in O.S.No.110 of 2010, on the file of the District Court, Nagercoil.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main original suit in O.S.No.110 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 16.09.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
