VISHNURAM.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(ii) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11530 of 2024, dated 25.07.2024.

further put up case against him. When the station proceedings are being recorded in the CCTV, such apprehensions need not be there and the same can always be taken care of by this Court, if there is any excess.

4. Therefore, I am not inclined to modify the order.
