ORDER
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.142 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter may be transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, taking into account the defence of the petitioner/wife. However, the Court may consider dispensing with the presence of the respondent for every hearing before the Family Court at Madurai. 3.Taking into account the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in F.C.O.P.No.142 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. It is made clear that the Family Judge, Madurai, shall not insist upon the presence of the respondent for every hearing, except for letting in evidence. Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.476 of 2021 petitioner/wife shall complete the cross examination of the husband on the day when he adduces his chief examination. No costs.
