Mr.G.Venugopal for Mr.M.P.Senthil ******* COMMON ORDER It is informed by the learned counsel on both sides that towards the Arbitration Order No.113/1998-99 dated 22.05.2002, the Society has realised the dues by sale of the property belonging to the co-sisters of the petitioners in C.R.P.(PD) (MD) Nos.2652 & 2656 of 2014 and therefore, the Arbitration Order No.113/1998-99 has been satisfied. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Society would submit that possession is yet to be handed over. 2.Recording the fact that the amounts due under the award has been fully satisfied, E.P.No.31/2004-05 is closed. Consequently, the attachment in respect of the properties belonging to the petitioners in C.R.P.(PD) (MD) Nos.2652 & 2656 of 2014 is to be raised, for which, the Society undertakes to do the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in these revisions and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the above lines. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
