(Crime No.425/2021) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to issue a direction, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.425/2021, dated 12.09.2021, from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.425/2021, from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.While pending investigation, the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the second respondent and on the said complaint, this Court directed the first respondent to conduct enquiry as against the second respondent. After completion of investigation on the second respondent, he/she was transferred to the other police station and now, new Officer has been joined as Inspector of Police.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.425/2021 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks. Further, the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent.
