Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent herein to issue appropriate Patta to the Petitioner in respect of the Punja Land bearing Survey No. 531/4 of an extent of 40 cents out of total extent of 56 cent situate at Kamatchipuram Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District as in the capacity of the Hereditary Trustee of the Sri Muthaiah Samy Kovil based on the Judgment and Decree passed in favour of the Petitioner in O.S.No.40 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul dated 04.09.2018 and also remaining extent of 16 cents in favour of the Petitioner and his family members after removing any erroneous entries in the revenue records.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

The respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the respondent to pass order one way or other. The respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
