The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.765 of 2014 in O.S.No.17 of 2012, dated 30.10.2014 on the file of the II Additional Sub-Court, Madurai.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2012, after full trial, on 19.12.2016.
