The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.133 of 2013 in A.S.No.70 of 2011 dated 16.09.2014 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Dindigul.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main appeal suit itself was disposed of on 07.02.2018.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
