ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.16095 of 2020 registered in this case in Crime No.10 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506 (i), 342, 313, and 511 of IPC, Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, against the petitioners herein.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
