This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner life and limb from the respondents 3 to 6 and their henchmen.

2.The petitioner claiming title over the property dispute, has come forward with the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the third respondent has produced the documents to show that he is having title to the property and the patta stands in his name. He would further submit that since the petitioner has not produced any documents sofar, the case is pending. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and produce the documents relating to the property and on such 2/4

production of records and appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
