This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent 2/4

of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 2 to 12 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition filed under Section 54 of the Wakf Act, 1995, dated 26.11.2024 with the liberty to pursuing remedy under Section 83 of the Wakf Act, 1995.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
