2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2014 as settled out of Court on 25.09.2016.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
