The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 31.07.2014 passed in I.A.No.123 of 2014 in O.S.No.13 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has decreed the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2011 on 28.02.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
