This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order in proceedings No.13535/C1/2022 dated 15.07.2022 passed by the first respondent.

2. In earlier occasions, when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 23.09.2022, 30.09.2022 & 18.10.2022 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today (26.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
