ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as per the letter of the third respondent dated 22.06.2021.

2. On perusal of the records, it revealed that the third respondent requested the first respondent to conduct enquiry between the parties. On receipt of the same, the third respondent also requested the Tahsildar, Thirumayam to conduct a peace committee meeting by the letter dated 07.02.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the request made by the third respondent, the Tahsildar, Thirumayam conducted a peace committee meeting and the petitioner's group and the counter parties appeared before the Tahsildar and they passed resolution dated 08.02.2022.
