The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.418/2014 in O.S.No.255 of 2012, dated 08.10.2014 by the District Munsif Court at Virudhunagar.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2012 on 17.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
