ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 25.02.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, in D.No.1219/2022, dated 23.11.2022, this Court made the following order:

" The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, sent a letter dated 23.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No. 80 of 2009, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.02.2022.

2. However, this Court, considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2009, is inclined to extend four months' time to dispose of O.S.No. 80 of 2009. Accordingly, four months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S. No. 80 of 2009."
