This revision has been filed against the order of eviction passed under the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1961.When the revision has been taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to vacate the premises and hand over possession to the landlord if 8 months time is granted. He has also filed an affidavit to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this revision is dismissed. The petitioner/tenant] is granted time to vacate the premises and hand over the possession to the landlord till 30.09.2021. No costs.
