This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order dated 10.07.2014, made in I.A.No.756 of 2013 in O.S.No.388 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tanjore.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main original suit in O.S.No.388 of 2012 itself was dismissed for default on 19.09.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
